    • Protect all confidential company, client, and employee information.
    • Do not disclose sensitive data without proper authorization.
    • Follow IT and data security protocols at all times.

    6. Conflict of Interest

    • Avoid personal interests that may conflict with company objectives.
    • Disclose any potential conflict of interest to your reporting manager.

    7. Use of Company Resources

    • Use office assets (laptops, phones, internet, email, etc.) responsibly.
    • Do not use company resources for personal gain or unethical practices.

    8. Compliance with Law & Ethics

    • Adhere to all applicable labor laws, safety standards, and compliance regulations.
    • Avoid bribery, corruption, or fraudulent activities.

    9. Workplace Safety

    • Follow all health and safety guidelines at the workplace or client sites.
    • Report hazards, unsafe practices, or incidents immediately.

    10. Disciplinary Action

    Any violation of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including verbal/written warnings, suspension, or termination, depending on the severity of the misconduct.
