He holds a Master’s degree in Labour Law and Human Resource Management.
After having spent 8 years in the field, he decided to pursue his dream and started Prompt Personnel Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. in 1997. Several organizations seek Mr. Basakhetre’s valuable advice regarding Industrial and HR issues. He has helped SMEs in smoothly managing internal conflicts and maintaining solid industrial relations. His active participation in various wage negotiations with unions has been of great help for many.
Owing to his strong background in PR and his liaison with various government authorities, Mr. Basakhetre has successfully represented several organizations before the Labour Commissioner, Regional PF Commissioner, and Regional ESI Director. His drive and enterprising approach have built strong and long-lasting relationships with our clients. Our MD has actively taken part in various leading HR consultancy forums and associations to pave the way for the HR and industrial relations industry. He was a member of the managing committee of ESI, PF and Industrial Law Practitioners Association (EPILPA).
As the Convener of the Mumbai Chapter for Executive Recruiters Association (ERA), he conducted various workshops, interactive sessions and a national conference during the economic downturn. Consequently, he was recognized as the ‘Best Chapter’ among eight Chapters across India.

Monisha Basakhetre has over 17 years of experience in the field of Human Resource Management. She holds a post-graduation degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the Institute of Labour Law and Management.
Her association with Prompt Personnel started with heading the temporary staffing division for over a decade. She was responsible for successfully handling the Managed Services Contract with one of the leading telecom companies.
Her survey across India for Tata Communications Ltd. (TCL), Ms. Basakhetre significantly helped the organization to identify HNI clusters in metros and first-class cities in India. She has played an instrumental role in strengthening our client base across sectors like Engineering and Manufacturing, Telecom, FMCG, Retail and Services.
Ms. Basakhetre was a faculty member for software courses at BITS and has also worked in the IT department with VST – a subsidiary of ITC group of companies. She was instrumental in developing a software application for salary processing using ERP modules.
In the year 1991, she was presented the ‘Sharda Mukherjee Award’ for Industrial Relations from the Institute of Labour Law and Management, by the then Chief Justice of India, Late Mr. Ranganath Mishra.
Being an avid traveller and a people’s person, Ms. Basakhetre has built an extensive business network over the years, handling several critical positions for our clients.
She also ventures in conferences and initiatives to diversify our expertise. She has hosted ERA’s annual conference held in Mumbai, and is also associated with TiE – a leading global forum for the young entrepreneur and start-up companies.
Currently, Monisha Basakhetre heads Permanent Staffing, Admin & HR for Employee Relations and Sourcing and Selection function at Prompt Personnel. She plans to develop teams across all our branches, to accelerate the company’s growth.

Mr. Lad is a well experienced and seasoned HR professional, active for more than 45 years. He holds a Post Graduate Degree in Law, Master’s Degree in Personnel Management, and a 2 year Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from JBIMS.
An HR consultant and advisor to multiple MNCs & Indian Companies for the last 19 years, he has worked across sectors such as Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Food processing, Logistics, Homeopathy Medicines & Orthopaedics and Auto Infrastructure service industry.
His expertise lies in conducting HR interventions such as Talent Development, Organisation Restructuring, Performance Management Systems & Processes, Acquisitions & Mergers, and Compensation Restructuring. He was also retained as resource persons for conducting Assessment Centres, Talent Acquisition & Management, Resolving Industrial Relations problems, Ensuring compliances under Labour Legislations, etc.
He has served as the Chairman of the National Institute of Personnel Management for 6 years and as the General Secretary for 6 years. He is also a regular visiting faculty for various Management Institutes including JBIMS.
