Suhas Basakhetre is a celebrated figure in the HR industry, bringing over 35 years of rich experience in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations.…He holds a master’s degree in Labour Law and Human Resource Management. After eight years of dedicated service in the field, Mr. Basakhetre founded Prompt Personnel Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. in 1997. Over the course of 28 years, under his visionary leadership, the company has grown into a prominent PAN-India HR solutions provider, surpassing the scope of a conventional consultancy.
He has actively contributed to the advancement of the HR and industrial relations landscape through his involvement in key forums and associations. He is a founding member of the ESI, PF, and Industrial Law Practitioners Association (EPILPA) and currently serves as Head- Super Elites, at SCGT– Saturday Club Global Trust, India, a network of entrepreneurs and business owners from companies with turnovers of ₹500 crore and above. He was conferred the Madhavrao Bhide Udyog Gaurav Award in the large-scale industry (₹100 Cr+) category.
As Convener of the Mumbai Chapter of the Executive Recruiters Association (ERA), he led several workshops, interactive sessions, and a national conference during the economic downturn – earning the distinction of ‘Best Chapter’ among eight nationwide. Under his leadership, Prompt Personnel was also recognised as the ‘Fastest Growing Staffing Agency’ by ERA. A Board Member of the Indian Staffing Federation, Mr. Basakhetre was felicitated in 2021 by the Ministry of Labour and Employment for his contributions to formal employment
He also received the Mumbai Gaurav Puraskar for excellence in professional services. He has participated in numerous panel discussions at conferences and forums including ERA, ISF, RAI, SCGT, and TLC. Mr. Basakhetre is also an active LinkedIn blogger, sharing insights on diverse topics related to HR, employment, and industry developments. His leadership continues to set new standards in the HR and industrial relations sectors.

A seasoned HR professional, Monisha holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the Institute of Labour Law and Management.
Her journey with Prompt Personnel began with her leadership of the Temporary Staffing Division, where she successfully spearheaded a Managed Services Contract for a leading telecom company and led a nationwide HNI cluster identification project for Tata Communications Ltd. Over the years, she has been instrumental in strengthening the company’s presence across diverse sectors including Engineering, Manufacturing, Telecom, FMCG, Retail, and Services.
Her outstanding contributions were recognized early on when she was awarded the Sharda Mukherjee Award for Industrial Relations in 1991, presented by the then Chief Justice of India, Late Mr. Ranganath Mishra. Ms. Monisha has championed employee-centric policies such as Menstruation Leave and enhanced maternity benefits, setting new benchmarks in workplace well-being. Under her leadership, Prompt Personnel has been certified as a Great Place to Work for three consecutive years, positioning it among the most respected employers in the industry
