The Indian E-commerce industry has been booming with every passing year and is expected to surpass the e-commerce market of the US, becoming the second-largest e-commerce market in the world by 2034. India’s growth in this sector was recorded as US$ 38.5 billion in 2017 and

A flexi staffing model also comes with the advantage of combating the issue of immediate workforce supply and increasing attrition rate that arises during the packed festive season in the e-commerce business. Moreover, salaries for e-commerce workforce are rising due to urgent and high demand and limited talent supply. Flexi-staffing is believed to resolve this dilemma too.
